He is better known for his coaching classes for CS, CA & CMA courses in company law, governance, ESG and related corporate laws. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, he is the only professional in Kerala with both professional and teaching experience spanning over two decades, and is widely recognised as a corporate-law professional known for teaching, training and advisory work.

He has 20 years of working experience as Company Secretary of leading companies, in roles including Company Secretary & General Manager (Corporate HR & Admin), Corporate Legal, and Corporate Affairs & PR.

He has delivered more than 100 technical sessions on company law and related topics at seminars and conferences across Kerala, and has handled training sessions for company directors, senior officials and students at large.
