He has 20 years of working experience as Company Secretary of leading companies, in roles including Company Secretary and General Manager (Corporate HR and Administration), Corporate Legal, and Corporate Affairs and Public Relations.
He has delivered more than 100 technical sessions on company law and related subjects at seminars and conferences across Kerala. He has also conducted training for company directors, senior officials and students, and has been invited by institutions including ICSI, ICAI, ICMAI, CAG, Government of Kerala, BPE and CMD.
He is the founder of CIER, Travancore CS Academy, Spring Research, Summit Digital Media and Silent Frames. He hails from Kuzhithurai, a town in Tamil Nadu historically associated with Travancore, and has been settled in Thiruvananthapuram for more than 27 years.
